We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
You must raise a return/exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Custom or personalized items, undergarments, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Any product damaged due to misuse or incorrect care will not be accepted.

Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchange/Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund (as per your eligibility). courier charges may apply.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
In case of exchange, re-shipping charges will apply.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 3 working days.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our criteria.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send us clear photos of the item along with your order number.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
