At Cover X, we make it simple to receive and track your orders. Every package is carefully handled to ensure it reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
Made-to-order/custom items: May take 4–6 working days.
Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.
During sales or peak seasons, slight delays may occur (we’ll keep you updated).
Within Lahore: 1–3 working days
Other Major Cities: 3–5 working days (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.)
Remote/Rural Areas: 3–7 working days depending on courier service
Note: Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Standard Delivery Fee: Rs. 200 (varies by weight and city)
Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free delivery

We ship worldwide with delivery times of 7–21 business days (depending on destination).
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
All items are packed with care to ensure they arrive clean, undamaged, and in original condition.
Fragile or special products are shipped with double-layer protection.
Bulk shipments over 10kg may incur additional packaging or handling charges.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Option 1 – Self Tracking: Visit the courier’s official website (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.) and enter your tracking number for live updates.

Always provide a complete address and active phone number to avoid delays.
Once an order is shipped, Cover X is not responsible for courier delays, but we’ll assist in resolving issues.
Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or unforeseen events — we’ll keep you informed.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the parcel will be held for 7 days.
Re-delivery charges apply for second attempts.
Unclaimed packages are returned to Cover X.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace damaged items or provide a full refund for lost packages at no extra cost.
